My experience at the hotel was mixed. While the staff was incredibly friendly and the beach was beautiful, the condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The dining options were limited and didn't live up to expectations, which was a letdown. However, the amenities were nice, making it somewhat worthwhile for families with young kids.
Our stay at the resort was mixed. While the location was beautiful and the amenities offered plenty of options, the overall service and dining experience left us wanting. We found the rooms to be dated and not as comfortable as we had hoped, which hindered our overall enjoyment of our vacation. Still, we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere in some areas.
We had a great family vacation at Beaches Ocho Rios. The beach and pool were excellent, and the place is incredibly family-friendly. Our kids had a blast with the Sesame Street characters. However, the dining options were limited from time to time, and we experienced some issues with the air conditioning in our room. Overall, it was a fun trip, especially for families with young children.
The resort has a great vibe with friendly staff and amazing evening entertainment options for kids. The food was solid, particularly with the option to add grilled lobster to meals, but the dining selections were limited for vegetarians. Although the rooms could use an update and weren't as impressive, the overall amenities and activities made our family vacation enjoyable.

The kids' club was excellent, but the dining experience was not as top-notch as we hoped for given the cost.
